Welcome to Coppull Medical Practice

At Coppull Medical Practice, we aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence. Coppull Medical Practice serves the whole of Coppull as well as its surrounding village of Charnock Richard. If you live in our practice area and would like to register with us, please complete one of our registration forms/health check forms here on line or available from our receptionists.

In addition to everything you need to know about the practice you will also find a wealth of health-related information in the menu on the right hand side. Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like.

Our team includes four GPs, and two nurses, healthcare assistant as well as our practice manager, administrative, reception and ancillary staff. We offer a full general practice service.

You can now book your doctors appointment online and cancel any of your surgery appointments. Please send us you name, date of birth and address via the suggestions page and we will send you your unique access registration pin. (please state that you are requesting your access registration pin)

FREE NHS HEALTH  CHECK
Ages 40 - 74 years?

You may be entitled to a fee NHS health check.  This health check can help to detect diabetes, high blood pressure and high  cholesterol . The check will also assess your risk of developing cardiovascular disease in the future and with the right measures can prevent these diseases.

To qualify for your health check you must be aged between 40 - 74 years and NOT ALREADY receiving treatment for: Heart disease, Kidney disease, stroke or diabetes

To arrange your free health check please contact the surgery on 01257 791216 and ask for an appointment for your diabetes and cholesterol blood test followed by an appointment with our health care assistant
