At Coppull Medical Practice, we aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence. Coppull Medical Practice serves the whole of Coppull as well as its surrounding village of Charnock Richard. If you live in our practice area and would like to register with us, please complete one of our registration forms/health check forms here on line or available from our receptionists.

Our team includes four GPs, and two nurses, healthcare assistant as well as our practice manager, administrative, reception and ancillary staff. We offer a full general practice service.
THE SURGERY WILL BE CLOSED IN THE AFTERNOON FOR TRAINING ON 23rd April 2013 FROM 1.00PM. FOR URGENT MEDICAL ATTENTION RING OUT OF HOURS ON 01257 418010. Prescriptions can be collected until 10pm from Medicx pharmacy (at Coppull Medical Practice)

Are you concerned about whether your child is fully vaccinated against measles?
Parents concerned about measles are welcome to contact the surgery to enquire whether their child is fully immunised. If your child is not fully immunised our practice nurse will immunise your child.
