 Collecting your repeat prescription

  • If your prescription needs to be collected from the surgery you must collect this yourself. If you want someone else to collect it on your behalf you must provide us with a letter of consent.

  • If you would like your prescription to go direct to the pharmacy, you must arrange this with the pharmacy.

  • You can avoid having to collect your prescription from the surgery at all by asking your pharmacy to arrange for your prescription to be sent to them electronically. Once you are registered for this service you simply call into the pharmacy when you need to collect your prescription.

Please ask your pharmacy to register you for the electronic prescription service.
