You can order your repeat prescription by dropping your repeat slip off at the surgery, email us your request, or register for our online prescription service.
Drop off at the surgery: drop your request slip into our red post box in the foyer or main post box if we are closed. Please do not queue to drop of your slip unless you need to speak to a member of staff.
Online prescription service: contact surgery for your registration details, once you have these you can order you prescription by accessing your medical record from home
Email: Email your name, address and date of birth along with a list of items you wish to order to firstname.lastname@example.org We may wish to contact you if there is a query so please check your emails once you have placed your request.
We do not take prescription requests by telephone.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER YOUR REPEAT PRESCRIPTION MORE THAN 5 WORKING DAYS BEFORE IT IS DUE. PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTION TO BE PROCESSED, MON - FRI.
If your prescription needs to be collected from the surgery you must collect this yourself. If you want someone else to collect it on your behalf you must provide us with a letter of consent.
Please ask your pharmacy to register you for the electronic prescription service.
